United Kingdom delivery

Delivery is free when the order total after discounts is £50 or more. Express Delivery costs £22 and is available below and above that threshold.

Timing

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling, followed by an estimated 5 to 7 days for delivery. Express Delivery is the carrier method name; the source store does not substantiate a separate guaranteed faster transit time.

Tracking and split parcels

Tracking is emailed when an order ships. Items in one order may be sent in separate parcels and may arrive at different times.

Delays and address changes

Contact theteam@customersupport.care promptly if the delivery address is wrong or tracking has not progressed. Address changes depend on whether packing or dispatch has started.
