Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund any payment for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; this site does not store full card details.

Delivery

The costs, destination and estimates on our Shipping & Delivery page form part of these terms. Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Returns and cancellation

Product safety

Follow the instructions supplied with every product. Ozone generators must be used only in unoccupied spaces and the space must be ventilated before re-entry. Do not expose skin, eyes, people or animals to a UV lamp. CO2 monitors are ventilation indicators, not carbon-monoxide alarms or medical devices. The unavailable face coverings are not respirators or certified protective equipment.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Site content is owned by us or used with permission. You may use it for personal shopping and may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to your UK place of residence. You may bring a claim in the courts available to you as a consumer.
